Ocean Colony is situated on an impressive 8 acre site with its own 400 foot beachfront. This frontage affords a magnificent limited-access beach far from the traffic and parking problems faced by other visitors. Nothing could be more pleasant and convenient than to step out of your front door for an early morning jog, swim, or walk along the shore. And for those few times when you need a change of pace, you can enjoy our own private swimming pool.

Each unit includes a living and dining area, efficiency kitchen and bath. Some feature two bedroom suites and some a second story bedroom, and of course, your own private terrace for sunbathing or entertaining. Some units overlook the beach and the rolling waves of the Atlantic and some overlook the bay.
