Ocean Beach is located right on the beach in downtown Montauk, making Ocean Beach one of the few resorts in Montauk where you can walk out from your door onto your private sundeck and out onto the beach. We are also conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants, so you can walk to the village for breakfast or let the kids "go to town" for ice cream. Add to this our fantastic glass atrium-enclosed swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and you have the makings of a great vacation.

Since the summer of 1996, Ocean Beach has been managed by Dune Management Company, operator of Dune Resorts, representing the finest resorts on Eastern Long Island. In addition, Ocean Beach recently completed major renovations which include refurbishment of the rooms as well as improvements to the exterior. We continue to devote our efforts to maintaining the Ocean Beach in the style with which our guests have become accustomed.
